2D Shooter project developed for "Game Design and Development 1: 2D Shooter" course.

Note: In WebGL version, some sounds are distorted and cursor size is smaller than usual. For best results, download the PC version.

Modifications - 

1. Added shield mechanic. A shield can be activated by pressing right click which protects the player by reflecting projectiles. Activating shield consumes power.

2. Added power ups that drop on killing enemies and replenish player health or shield power when activated. Corresponding UI added to show current health and shield power.

3.  Added homing missiles that track and hunt the player.

4. Added a boss that has three attack patterns.

5. Main Menu UI update.

6. Added effect for thrusters on player spaceship

7. General look and feel changes
